Haras du Prélude provides classical riding instruction, dressage demonstrations, guided stable tours, and a horse breeding program. All services are offered on our estate in Juantown, Free State, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or facilities when conditions require it, and we will notify you as early as possible.
Riding courses and stable visits must be booked in advance through our contact channels. Participants are expected to arrive at the agreed time, wear suitable clothing and footwear, and follow the safety instructions given by our instructors. We may refuse participation if a rider's equipment or health condition poses a risk to themselves, the horse, or other guests.
We commit to providing qualified supervision, well-cared-for horses, and clear guidance throughout your stay. In return, you agree to respect the animals, the facilities, and the rules of the estate. Any damage caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions may be charged to the responsible person. We are not liable for personal items left unattended on the premises.
Working with horses carries inherent risks, including falls, kicks, and unpredictable behavior. By participating in any activity at Haras du Prélude, you acknowledge these risks and accept them voluntarily. Our liability is limited to cases of proven negligence on our part. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or interruptions to the website beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if a participant repeatedly violates these terms or endangers others. You may cancel a booking according to the conditions communicated at the time of reservation. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to all future bookings and visits.
